Realme RMX3841 and RMX3843 were certified by TENAA yesterday, and we saw them in photos. Today, the listings were completed with full specs sheets, essentially confirming that these are indeed the Realme 12 Pro and Realme 12 Pro+.
Both versions will be identical on the outside – a 6.7-inch AMOLED with 1080p resolution, three cameras on the back, and one on the front. The difference will be in the chipset and actual camera units.
Realme 12 Pro and Realme 12 Pro+ on TENAA
Realme 12 Pro is listed with a 2.2 GHz CPU frequency. The trio of rear cameras will feature sensors of 50 MP, 32 MP, and 8 MP – likely with a 2x wide portrait optical zoom and ultra-wide angle lenses. The front camera has a 16 MP sensor.
The phone has been certified with four RAM options: 6GB, 8GB, 12GB, and 16GB, while storage is at 128GB, 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB. We have not yet learned how Realme will combine them.
Realme 12 Pro and Realme 12 Pro+
Realme 12 Pro+ has the same body as 161.5 x 74 x 8.8mm and weighs 190g, meaning it has the same 10-bit OLED and likely the same battery. It features a 2.4 GHz processor, matching the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2 chipset.
The camera sensors are 64 MP, 50 MP, and 8 MP, and the company has already confirmed that there is a periscope lens in front of one of the sensors. We believe this will be the second one as the setup looks quite similar to that of the flagship Realme GT5 Pro.
